Marilyn King: Strictly for Europeans!
Why spend a lot of money on expensive cosmetics when you can make much better quality ones for pennies. This site has all you need and an extensive selection of recipes and how-to information. The documentation on individual ingredients is excellent and the prices as good as I can find anywhere. Their range of tiny plastic 'pouches' of oils allows you to experiment at little expense.
