Malcolm Lewis: Easy way to test website page performance online. Uses both Yahoo YSlow and Google PageSpeed. A lot less effort than installing the plugins on Firefox and then running both tools and trying to combine the results. You can also compare stats for two different web pages side-by-side which, again, would be an effort to do without this tool.

Malcolm Lewis: Fast and easy way to get user feedback on your website. You pay approx $40 for someone to spend 15-20 mins doing whatever you want them to do on your website. They record themselves using screencasting software so you can watch and hear exactly what happens as they attempt to follow your testing instructions. You can be as specific or vague as you like in your instructions.

I'd give it five stars if it was a bit cheaper. But maybe I'm the one that's too cheap.
