Malcolm Lewis:
What guy wouldn't like stronger arms, backs and shoulder? Recently purchased this pull-up bar and absolutely love it. At first I could only manage 1-2 pullups, but really felt the workout in my arms, back and shoulders. Three months later, using this for a couple of minutes 2-3x a week, I can now do 9 and feel much stronger.
This is aimed at guys, but ladies, wouldn't you like to look just a little bit like Jillian Michaels?
Installs quickly and easily. I put mine in a closet doorway. You barely notice it's there.
Here's my recommended program:
- Start with 12 sets of 1 rep. Rest as much as you need to but do all 12 reps
- Work up to 6 x 2 reps (still 12 total)
- Now work up to 4x2. Then 3x4, then 2x6, etc until you can do 1x12 reps!
- Now just keep adding more reps to your sets!
On a related note, I also recommend the Perfect Pushup product (
http://www.fablistic.com/i/...). Encourages you to do deep pushups and rotates during the exercise to eliminate stress on your wrists. If you need to keep thise "man boobs" at bay then do yourself a favor and buy/use this product.
