By popular request! My mom used to make Mexican Hot Chocolate on cold and rainy days. It has a cinnamon flavor that is really delicious. Homemade recipe here (or you can get store bought version that you just add milk.) For a semi-homemade version, you can add cinnamon & chili powder to hot chocolate mix --- maybe add a touch of vanilla too to taste. Most grocery stores carry Mexican Hot Chocolate now. Used to be only the mexican markets. The Ibarra Brand is good! Pictured here:
