This movie is a Pixar movie (or looks like it was rendered by Pixar or whatever company Disney owns now that is making those...) at any rate, I was extremely disappointed. Jim Carrey is the rendered Ebenezzer Scrooge as is all three ghosts that visit him over the course of the night. The movie is at times grim and even scary and doesn't seem suitable for Disney's target audience (children) --- even older ones. The movie seems to focus on giving more screen time to the animated Carrey than it does telling the overall story. I'm not a Jim Carrey hater, I did like him in "Yes Man", but sometimes he does the same things over and over and in this case, it ruined a perfectly good old story. Like that Disney tried to remake it, don't like the result.
