Kevin Zahourek: For someone who HATES AT&T and wants a device that has the features and fun stuff that the iPhone offers, this is it. Battery life is a drawback, though: I have to put it on the charger every night. I consider that a small inconvenience in comparison to what I hope will be solid competition for Apple.

But seriously, I hear the EVO is an excellent phone aside of the battery issues. And the battery is replaceable.
