Kim LaFleur:
Great book. I wish I had read it years ago. With the advent of the movie 'Julie & Julia', I guess the book had some renewed popularity and Amazon placed it on my Kindle recommended reads list. I think this book is not just for people with an interest in cooking and fine food, but for individuals looking for an aspiring story. Julia Child really began to pursue her love of cooking and food late in life (at nearly 40). She set forth an aggressive self-improvement plan and stuck to it. The book is about a female entrepreneur; world traveler; and overall people person. Highly recommmended read.
