Decent food, nice rustic ambiance. All the usual suspects on the breakfast menu. VERY popular breakfast joint, so get there early - probably before 9am to avoid any wait. A decent choice if you are staying close by.
The food used to be really good. Wonder if it changed hands? Good to know. We usually find ourselves there for Spring Skiing and I don't think it's as busy.
Yeah I thought the food was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. Next time you're up there, you might like to try the Cajun Eggs Benedict at The Log Cabin in Kings Beach. The rest of their menu is the usual stuff, but that Cajun dish is great. I think it was written up in Gourmet Magazine.
Kim - there were TONS of people waiting to get in - so it has to be popular for a reason. Maybe we were there too early or didn't order well on the menu. Their home made raspberry coffee cake was really nice and they had a black berry turnover I wish I would have ordered!
