We saw a doctor here as part of the birth of my son. Two years later, they still haven't managed to bill our insurance company, and keep harassing us with bills and debt collectors letters.
The many other medical specialists we saw before, during and after the birth billed our insurance, got paid, all went smoothly.
We have phoned them at least ten times, written them a letter, faxed another one, each time with our insurance details, and still they haven't even sent a bill to our insurance company (Blue Cross / Blue Shield), and keep insisting we owe them money. How are they still in business?
The doctor we saw here was average, but their billing department, oh my god, I have never seen such incompetence. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
