Carol Lewis: I LOVE my Lampe Berger! It completely eliminates cooking odors in our house. If you buy their oils they are supposed to have alcohol in them which supposedly kills germs in the surrounding areas of the lamp. I have been buying oils from Pier 1 because they are half the price. Lampe Berger bottles are beautiful and useful!

Carol Lewis: This is for an oil diffuser. The smell is awesome (there are different scents) and best of all the smell lasts! I find it's the only thing that will penetrate/eliminate cooking odors in the house. This is sold at Pier 1 to go with their Fragrance Lamps. I don't have one of their lamps - I have a Lampe Berger - Lampe Berger sells MANY styles, in many colors, in many price levels. Lampe Berger oils are twice the price of the Pier 1 oils. Lampe Berger oils are supposed to kill germs because they have alcohol in them and I don't know if the Pier 1 oils have this same benefit.
