Carol Lewis: My kids asked my to buy these...now I've eaten the whole package by myself. They are so good! They taste like a Twix but with nicer ingredients.

Carol Lewis: I added chocolate chips to these and cooked them until they got a little brown to them. I'll omit the spices in them next time because my son doesn't like them. I'd say these are pretty versatile - maybe put pumpkin instead of applesauce or raisins and nuts in them...
They are like little cakes so if you like crisp cookies these aren't for you.
