Bill Blevins: South Coast Winery Resort & Spa has awesome villa suites nestled out in the vineyards. Well, at least that is how it feels once you are inside and then go out to the back porch. My wife says the spa is very nice. You should be able to see hot air balloons on most mornings. Dinner at the restaurant for one night is good. There are many other good places nearby to eat on nights two or three. Highly recommended is the 2007 Zinfandel if it is still available.
