Malcolm Lewis: New owner for the coffee shop formerly known as Grimaldi's. They're off to a very promising start. The Stumptown coffee is awesome, the barristas are solid, especially Corinne (sp?) and it looks like new owner Ryan has the drive and enthusiasm to make this a local favorite.

Bottom line, I think this is now the Eastside's best coffee shop. Spread the word - because friends don't let friends drink Starbucks ;)

Jason Cook: BREAKFAST served all day! Fast service! Friendly staff! Tell Juli that Jason says hi! There might be better places out there, but this place is convenient for me!

Malcolm Lewis: Ok breakfast place in Gillman Village. The kids pancakes are huge - our kids could have easily shared one between them. My traditional breakfast would have been fine except I got one tiny sausage patty instead of 2-3 link sausages, which is what I would have expected. Pleasant ambiance and service. Might have been four stars with link suasages!

Malcolm Lewis: I had the lamb kabobs. They were nicely flavored, but a couple of pieces of my meat were a little tough, which I wouldn't expect for a $16.50 entrée. Service was also a bit slow, especially getting our check which took 20-30 mins. It's a small restaurant but it was busy and they needed more than one waiter. Would have been four stars but for the cost (too high for what you get imo) and service.
